i was thinking of a francy prom pic which of course led to me thinking about How They Got To That Point
it’s bayport high’s homecoming coming up and frank is like river heights is close enough right? we can have dates from out of school? (joe laughs every time frank asks his rhetorical questions). so frank calls up nancy one day like hey BUDDY how ya doin PAL i need a date for hoco would you like to go as FRIENDS
nancy agrees, quite eagerly after frank mentions some dramatized accounts of suspicious happenings at the high school
for some reason, this leads to joe wanting to mess with frank just a lil so joe texts ned one day and is like want to be my plus one at homecoming and ned sweet dear ned is like YEAH SURE LET’S MATCH TIES
so the francy prom pic turns into a frank-glaring-at-ned-and-joe-while-nancy-is-gorgeous-and-looks-better-than-all-of-them
